DOWN TO EARTH BIRTH offers virtual Informational teaching and participatory learning sessions for the mother and partner to learn about pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. This course series is designed to inform expectant moms/couples or those considering pregnancy about the birth experience—everything from choosing the best care provider for your birth, nutrition, and exercise to anatomy and physiology, the stages of labor, how to plan for labor, how the birth partner can be there for the laboring woman and the external and internal tools the laboring woman is going to need in order to cope with and travel through her labor. Classes consist of presentations, discussions, videos, and handouts and/or resources.
